Finding Faith in the Everyday

June 2, 2026

Faith isn't just found in the grand moments—it's woven into the fabric of our daily lives. From the first cup of coffee to the last conversation of the day, there are countless opportunities to practice presence and gratitude.

We often wait for the mountain-top experiences to feel connected to our faith. The worship service that moves us to tears. The retreat that changes everything. But what about the in-between moments? The commute to work. The mundane tasks. The quiet evenings at home.

These ordinary moments are actually extraordinary opportunities. When we approach them with intention, they become sacred spaces for reflection and growth.

Start small. Before your feet hit the floor in the morning, take three deep breaths and set an intention for the day. During your lunch break, put away your phone and simply be present with your food, your thoughts, your gratitude.

Faith lived out in the everyday isn't less significant—it's the foundation upon which everything else is built. It's in these small, consistent acts of intentionality that we find our spiritual rhythm and deepen our connection to something greater than ourselves.
